Prestige Landscape, inc.

A firm built on precision and patience.

For two decades we have engineered, built and refined outdoor environments for some of the Bay Area’s most discerning homeowners and architects.

Born of a builder's obsession with detail.

Prestige Landscape was founded in 2005 with a simple, uncompromising premise: outdoor environments deserve the same architectural rigor as the homes they surround.

What began as a small craft-led hardscape practice has grown into a fully credentialed construction firm — A, B, and C-27 licensed — capable of delivering complex renovations under one cohesive vision and one contract.

We remain deliberately boutique. Our calendar is intentionally limited so every project receives the attention of senior leadership from the first sketch through the final walk-through.

Four ideas that govern every build.

01

Architectural Discipline

Every line, level and joint is composed. Materials are specified for permanence, not appearance alone.

02

Engineered Foundations

Drainage, soils and structure are designed before plantings. We build outdoor environments that endure.

03

Singular Accountability

One contractor, one contract, one continuous standard from earthwork through final lighting.

04

Quiet Craft

Refined work seldom announces itself. Our projects reveal themselves slowly, in detail.

Process

Drafted with engineers. Built by craftsmen.

Every renovation begins underground — soils, drainage, structural plans — long before the first paver is set. It is the part of our work no one sees, and the part that defines its longevity.

Twenty years, one standard.
